It’s Filipino Heritage Month! Our two co-op students, Adrian and Angelica, both come from Filipino heritage and thought what better way to celebrate than to share their knowledge of their own heritage throughout the month. Lumpia is known to be a must-have appetizer at every Filipino party. It’s a delicious treat that is savory and crunchy with each bite.
